Tracking that connects ad spend to closed sales
We connect your website, CRM and ad accounts so Meta and Google learn which leads became customers. That covers Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel with Conversions API and deduplication, Google Ads conversions, and offline conversions from your CRM where supported. You get one report: spend, leads, qualified leads, sales and cost per sale.
This is the right fix when
- Meta and Google report different numbers and nobody trusts either.
- Your Pixel fires, but the Conversions API isn't set up or is duplicating events.
- GA4 was installed but no one defined what to measure.
- You can't report cost per sale by campaign.
It isn't, when
- You don't record sales outcomes anywhere yet. Start with the CRM pipeline.
Not sure which applies?
That's what the free Lead Leak Audit is for. We look at your last 30 days of leads and tell you where the biggest leak is, even if it's not something we sell.
What we do
- Tracking audit across website, tag manager, GA4 and ad accounts
- Measurement plan: the events that matter and what they mean
- Google Tag Manager setup and clean-up
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API with deduplication
- Google Ads conversion tracking, including enhanced conversions where suitable
- CRM outcomes (qualified, won) sent back to Meta and Google as offline conversions where supported
- A simple report: spend, leads, qualified, won, cost per sale
What we measure
Every engagement reports these numbers, from your own data.
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Event match quality | How well Meta can match your server events to people |
| Tracked share of leads | Leads with a known source ÷ all leads |
| Cost per sale by campaign | Only possible once CRM outcomes are connected |
| Data gaps | Events missing, duplicated or firing on the wrong page |

Is this compliant with UAE data protection law?
We set up tracking to load only after visitors consent and keep personal data to what's needed. For your privacy notice and specific legal questions, check with your legal adviser.
Do we need server-side tracking?
Not always. We recommend it when browser tracking is losing a meaningful share of events. The audit will show you which case you're in.
We use Zoho or Odoo. Can our sales outcomes go back to Meta?
Yes, in most setups. We've worked with both. The exact route depends on your plan and how leads are captured.
Often paired with
| Meta & Google ads | We plan, build and run Meta and Google campaigns that are judged on qualified leads and sales. The ad platforms learn from your real outcomes, so budget moves towards the people who buy. |
| Qualified lead generation | A full inbox of the wrong people costs more than an empty one. We design campaigns, forms and qualifying questions so the leads that reach your team are worth calling. |
| CRM & sales pipeline | Leads scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets and WhatsApp get lost. We set up a CRM pipeline that captures every lead, assigns an owner, reminds them to follow up and shows you what happened. |
