The five leaks we look for

Most businesses have at least two. None of them is fixed by spending more on ads.

  • Slow first response

A lead who filled your form at 9pm is comparing three competitors by 9am. Firms that contacted a lead within an hour were about 7 times more likely to qualify it than firms that waited an hour longer.1

  • No qualification

Every enquiry gets the same treatment, so your best salespeople spend their day on people who were never going to buy.

  • One call, then silence

A missed call is logged as “not interested”. There's no second attempt, no WhatsApp follow-up, no reminder.

  • Ads learning from the wrong signal

The ad platforms only see form fills, so they find more people who fill forms. They never learn who bought.

  • Reporting cost per lead, not cost per sale

A cheap lead that never closes is the most expensive lead you buy. Without the sale in the report, you can't tell.

What a full-funnel audit checks

Each area is checked against your own numbers, not a generic checklist.

AreaQuestions it answers
AdsIs budget going to the campaigns that produce sales? Is bidding learning from sales or from form fills?
Landing pages and formsDo they attract the right people? Where do visitors drop off? Do forms capture the source?
Speed-to-leadHow long does a new lead wait? What happens after hours and at weekends?
Follow-upHow many attempts per lead? Across which channels? Who owns each lead?
CRMAre stages defined and used? Can you see lost reasons? Is anything stuck?
TrackingDo Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and Google Ads agree? Do sales outcomes reach the ad platforms?
ReportingCan you see cost per qualified lead and cost per sale, by source?

Questions

Further reading: how to measure your speed-to-lead in 15 minutes.

What exactly do I send?

An export of the last 30 days of leads from your CRM, spreadsheet or ad platform. Useful columns: date and time received, source or campaign, status, first-contact time and any notes. You can remove names and phone numbers.

Is my data safe?

We use it only to prepare your report, don't share it, and delete it after the walkthrough unless you ask us to keep it. See our privacy notice.

Why is it free?

Because it's the fastest way for both of us to see whether we can help. We cap it at 5 a week so each one gets proper attention.

What if you find nothing?

Then you'll know your follow-up is in good shape, and we'll say so. That's useful too.

What do paid audits and consulting cover?

Deeper reviews of ad accounts, tracking setups and CRM configurations, and advisory work for in-house teams. Scoped and priced after the free audit, in writing.
